I just wanted you to know how wonderful Harris was this evening. Recordati called and wanted something changed on the click campaign, so I tried to change it and messed things up. I thought I was just changing text, but the click campaign started directing the user to PAW 2022. I was so worried and reached out to Harris not expecting a response. He called me immediately and got everything fixed. We had a TV interview go live this evening and it was sending people to the website, so it was important that it was fixed. Better yet, Harris showed me how to revert something if I ever do that again. I just wanted you to know what a great guy you've got there. He really went above and beyond. Thanks again, Harris! You saved my butt big time.

How can we possibly express our gratitude for all your help during 2019? From the three websites built to countless hours of brainstorming, design and responding to panicked calls/emails, we truly could not have done it without you. You help us become the trusted voice in hearing health and gain credibility and transparency with out members. We are confident to step into 2020 with you by our side.
